Snow in May?

Stupid Minnesota. Nothing pisses me off more than falling snowflakes WAYYYYY past their welcome. May is too late for it, period. I get so irritated and depressed by it all. The weathermen forecast sunny skies for the rest of the week but they can't be trusted. I do see a ray of sunshine now but who knows how long it will stick around.

I'm teaching a class at the gym tomorrow called "Tornado Toddlers" so Chloe should fit right in. I'm a little nervous but I'm sure it will be fine. Luckily, the moms stay with the kids throughout the class or else I'd never agree to teaching it. I'm actaully looking forward to it, I just hope Chloe does well. It is at 10:45 which is about naptime for her.

The girl went into the big kid area of the child center for the first time today. She didn't go in the baby room at all. It was a little disconcerting to drop off my little 20 lb. peanut amidst the insanity of 1-9 year olds running around aimlessly, The Wiggles on the big screen TV in the background. Even the employees looked a little stunned by the noise. Chloe doesn't even walk yet so I was a little worried about her getting run over. I worry too much I suppose. She was fine when I got back to pick her up. Looked like she had a grand time. To me, this is a milestone - she's really growing up. Such mixed emotions on this topic. You want your kids to be small forever but you can't wait for them to reach the next milestone. But it is always sad when they do.

Glad to hear that the little man got his tooth out and Chloe's nebulizer really does look like something I have seen at a few frat parties down here. Anyway, only reason I am posting is that I am successfully procrastinating studying for my finals next week. I have 5 in three damn days, Bureaucratic Nazi bastards.

Oh yeah, just wanted you to know it was around 85 degrees here today. The live oaks and azaleas look gorgeous right now

What with 85 degree temperatures and 75% humidity, I'd take the snow any day!
