New Stuff

There is a lot going on here lately. The snow is thawing and 2008 is in full swing. I've definitely got the itch for Spring and so I decided to do some of my spring projects early. First, I painted the kitchen, then the dining room and finally, the living room. What do you think?

Above, you'll see our new cat, Cole. Voodoo ran away and we miss her very much, but we waited for over 2 months for her to come home. Maybe she will someday, but in the mean time, we adopted Cole. He is a very sweet 5 month old and loves everyone very much --- except for Maggie. They have an understanding to stay away from one another. Maggie doesn't play well with others.

Finally, I have been working really hard to loose weight this year and so far, I'm down 12 lbs.! I have decided to work as a Weight Loss Coach for Million Dollar Body as a part time job, from home. I hope to inspire people as well as stay focused on my goals. I'm looking for new team members to coach with me, so if you are interested, here, click below! I'm new to it and am still trying to work out the kinks, but so far I love it!

I've been running again and am loving it. I even run outside here (instead of just on the treadmill)! The hills are challenging but I find that they are helping my endurance. It is such a mental game and so far, I'm playing a great game! I'm in Week 6 of my running program - same one I did a few years ago but now they have podcasts. It is a fabulous program and can turn anyone into a runner.

Kieran is doing great in 3rd grade and has developed and obsession for Naruto cartoons. Jason loves Anime and the kids are following suit. Even Chloe sings the theme song - which is in Japanese! Talk about funny! Speaking of Chloe, her lengthening surgery is right around the corner. We'll pack up the family at the end of March and head to Minnesota. Here is a page with some basic info and pics of what she'll have
I'll post the surgery date as soon as we know more.

I got an early birthday present from Jason yesterday. I'm flying to Portland, OR to see my girlfriends! I'm so excited! I plan on hitting the coast as I miss the ocean VERY much here inland. I have my mountains here in Colorado, but the ocean is my favorite place to be. I'm a Pisces, what can I say?
